Preliminary traffic study of the Project “Dual Rehabilitation of Votanikos and Alexandras Ave Areas”. Functional design of road connections of the Votanikos rehabilitation project and preliminary investigation of traffic impacts on the adjacent road network.

Services provided: Functional arrangement of parking areas, accessibility of new installations, identification of the optimal access system, consideration of programmed road projects in the area and existing network restrictions, identification of access/egress gates, spatial arrangement of surrounding open areas and internal traffic and parking system arrangement, as well as proposals on the required traffic measures.

Preliminary design of the necessary interventions-improvements of the road network and the storm water drainage systems, supplementary infrastructure projects, sewage network and public space green areas for the Project “Dual Rehabilitation of Votanikos and Alexandras Ave Areas”.

Services provided: Identification of the optimal access system, determination of the required traffic arrangements, accessibility of new installations, identification of the optimal access system, preliminary geometric design of all infrastructure projects including roadworks and drainage.

Traffic Study for the Project “Dual Rehabilitation of Votanikos and Alexandras Ave Areas”. Elaboration of the Traffic Impact study of the Votanikos rehabilitation project based on the new Master Plan of the project.

Services provided: Accessibility analysis of new installations including operational analysis of the adjacent road network and determination of main access routes, identification of the optimal access system including the entry/exit gates and the access routes in view of the new Master Plan, estimation of attracted traffic and calculation of critical peak-hour flows, origin-destination zones and traffic assignment of the peak flows in the adjacent road network, drafting of Proposals on the required traffic measures for the improvement of traffic conditions in the area.
