The study refers to the development of a complex of a total area of 6.000 m2 to be built in a plot of 35,000 m2 area in the municipality of Kallithea. The traffic impact analysis for the office-building, the engineering design of the parking station and the drainage system of the whole area of the complex are   part of the study.

The project is already constructed and has a Platinum LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the US Green Building Council.

• Traffic impact study and operational design of the access and internal traffic circulation system
• Design of the parking spaces layout
• Design of the stormwater drainage system of the building complex
• LEED Manager both during the design and the construction phase
