The project aimed at the regeneration of a declined urban area of 70 ha.

Development elements include residential, retail, business and hotel uses.

The renovation programme focuses on the preservation and promotion of the area’s rich historical and cultural elements, in order to create points of reference that associate the shipping character of the area with the history of classical Athens and its maritime heritage, as well as the integration of the project to the surrounding neighbourhoods of Drapetsona and Keratsini.
